Will my phone photos work?
Almost always, yes. Anything shot on a phone from the last several years prints beautifully. If a photo is too small or too dark to look good in crystal, we email you before printing — nothing goes to production that we would not gift ourselves.
How do I send you my photos?
Right after checkout you land on an upload page, and we also email you the link. Choose your three photos from your phone or computer — it takes about two minutes. You can change them any time before we print.
When will it arrive?
Honestly: not tomorrow. Every cube is made to order — about 2 working days to print and polish, then 6–12 days shipping. Plan on 8–14 days door to door. For Christmas delivery, order by December 8.
What if a photo does not come out perfect?
A real person reviews every order and fixes crops and brightness before printing. And if you open the box and a photo still does not look right, we reprint the cube free. That is the photo-perfect guarantee.
Is it fragile?
It is solid optical crystal — the first thing everyone says is how heavy it feels. It ships in a foam-fitted gift box and survives the trip; at home, treat it like good glassware.
