Our 30-day guarantee

Every Bobby & Willow piece is made to order from your photos, and every photo is reviewed by a real person before it prints. If your piece arrives and a photo doesn't look right, we remake it for free.

If your order isn't the best gift you've given all year, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund — even though it was made just for you.

How to request a remake or refund

Reach us through the contact page on this site with your order number. We reply within one business day. For remakes, a quick photo of the piece you received helps us fix it fast.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement at no cost. You never need to ship the damaged one back.
