How do I send you my photos?
Right after checkout you land on an upload page, and we email you the link too. It takes about two minutes from your phone.
Will my phone photos work?
Almost always yes. If a photo is too small or dark to look right, we email you before printing anything.
When will my order arrive?
About 2 days to make + 6–12 days shipping. Order by December 8 for Christmas.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send a photo — we ship a replacement free, no return needed.
What is the photo-perfect guarantee?
If a printed photo doesn't look right when it arrives, we remake your piece free. And you always have 30 days to return anything for a full refund.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — US only for now, so we can keep delivery promises we're proud of.
