Choose the suncatcher if they have a window that gets direct sun. It hangs there and fills the whole room.

Choose the Tabletop if they rent, have no sunny window to hang from, or you want it close to them: a nightstand, a desk, a shelf beside their photo. Many people send both.

Yes, with a little care. Like any clear crystal, it can focus sunlight into a hot point, so keep it away from curtains, paper and anything that can burn, and never leave it lying in the sun on a flammable surface.

It is glass, not a toy: keep it and its chain out of reach of young children and pets.

Wipe it now and then with a soft, lint-free cloth. For fingerprints, a drop of mild soap in warm water, then dry it well. A clean crystal throws brighter rainbows.

Yes. Shipping is free and insured to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and most other countries.

No. Prices include import duties, so nothing is charged on delivery. If a carrier ever asks for a fee on one of our orders, email us before paying and we will sort it out.

If tracking has not updated for 7 days, email info@bobbyandwillow.com and we will chase it with the carrier or send a new one. Every package is insured, so you never lose out.

Send us a photo and your order number and we ship a replacement free, or refund you if you prefer. You never need to send the damaged one back.

United States orders: you have 30 days from delivery for a full refund, and you do not need to send anything back.
