Shipping policy

Free Insured Shipping on every order, worldwide. Every package is insured in transit. If it is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it free.

Timing

Every order ships with tracking. Most orders arrive within 7 to 13 days of ordering. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships, and you can track your order here any time with your order number. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier or customs delays.

If we cannot ship your order within the time we told you, we will email you with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund instead of waiting.

Duties and taxes

Prices include import duties, so you will not be asked to pay duties on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an import fee on one of our orders, email us before paying and we will sort it out.

Sending it as a gift

Use the recipient's address at checkout and it goes straight to them, gift-boxed with the poem card and with no prices inside.

Ordering for a date

Ordering for a memorial, a birthday or a holiday? Order at least two weeks ahead to be safe. To arrive before Christmas, order by December 8.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@bobbyandwillow.com straight away. We can change the address until your order ships.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, email us at info@bobbyandwillow.com and we will chase it or reship. That is what the insurance is for.
